1. General
By accessing or using Cyprus Gateway Partners (“CGP”) website or services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please refrain from using this website.
2. Nature of Services
CGP acts solely as a facilitator and connector. We are not a law firm, audit firm, bank, or regulated financial institution. Any legal, tax, or regulatory advice is provided exclusively by licensed third-party partners introduced upon your request.
3. Fees, Pre-Study & Payments
- The €500 Pre-Study fee is fully deductible if you proceed to an Entry Report or Delegation within the agreed window.
- Once the Pre-Study is delivered, fees are not refundable.
- Additional fees may apply for further services or introductions; these will be quoted before work commences.
- Payments are typically due upon invoice issuance unless otherwise agreed in writing.
4. Client Responsibilities
- Provide accurate information to enable effective introductions and planning.
- Comply with documentation requests from licensed partners (e.g., KYC/KYB, proof of funds).
- Ensure that any final decisions are made with appropriate legal/financial advice.
5. Confidentiality
All information shared with us is treated as confidential. We forward only what is necessary to vetted partners (law, banking, audit) and only with your approval. NDAs can be applied where appropriate.
6. Compliance & AML
Introductions are offered subject to AML, sanctions and risk assessments by the licensed partners involved. CGP does not guarantee acceptance by any bank or regulator. We cannot bypass KYC/AML processes.
7. No Warranty & Liability
While we aim for accuracy and clarity, CGP makes no warranties about outcomes (e.g., bank account opening, licensing approvals). To the maximum extent permitted by law, CGP is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses. Our aggregate liability for direct losses shall not exceed the total fees you have paid to CGP in the 6 months preceding the claim.
8. IP & Content
All site content and materials we produce (e.g., Pre-Study, checklists) remain CGP’s intellectual property unless expressly transferred. You may use deliverables internally for decision-making; do not republish without permission.
9. Third-Party Links
Links to third-party sites are provided for convenience only. We are not responsible for their content, accuracy, or policies. Use at your discretion.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Cyprus.
11. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms periodically. Material changes will be reflected by updating the “Last updated” date.
