Cyprus Gateway Partners (“CGP”, “we”, “our”) is committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains how we collect, use and safeguard your information when you visit our website or use our services.
1. Information We Collect
- Contact & Business details: name, work email, company, country, phone, notes you share in a Pre-Study request.
- Operational info: basic context to identify suitable partners (banks, law, audit, regulators). We avoid sensitive materials at preview stage.
- Technical data: device, browser, IP, and usage (only where analytics is enabled).
2. How We Use Your Information
- Respond to requests (Pre-Study, Banking Checklist) and manage your case.
- Provide and improve the preview, reports and introductions.
- Send invoices, scheduling links and important updates.
- Protect our services and comply with legal requirements (e.g., AML/KYC where applicable via licensed partners).
3. Lawful Basis (GDPR)
- Contract: to deliver requested steps (e.g., Pre-Study).
- Legitimate interests: to run and secure our platform and provide relevant guidance.
- Consent: for optional communications or analytics where required.
- Legal obligation: where record-keeping is mandated.
4. Sharing & Confidentiality
We never sell your data. When you proceed beyond preview, we may introduce vetted licensed partners strictly on a need-to-know basis and with your approval. NDAs can be put in place where appropriate.
5. Data Retention
We keep personal data only as long as needed for the purpose collected, or as required by law. Typical retention for lead/intake data is 12–24 months. If you ask us to delete earlier (where legally possible), we will.
6. Security
- Restricted access, strong passwords and device encryption.
- Transport security (HTTPS) and secure document sharing.
- Limited systems and periodic review of access rights.
7. Cookies & Analytics
We use minimal cookies necessary for basic site function. Any analytics, if enabled, is anonymised/aggregated where possible. You can block non-essential cookies via your browser settings.
8. International Transfers
If data is transferred outside the EEA/UK, we use appropriate safeguards (e.g., SCCs or equivalent). Introductions to licensed partners in other countries are made only with your consent.
9. Your Rights
- Access, correction, deletion, restriction and portability (where applicable).
- Object to processing based on legitimate interests.
- Withdraw consent at any time (where processing is based on consent).
